I am a qualified counsellor who works with families and individuals in a range of subjects including but not limited to family dynamics, stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I have facilitated programmes within organisations including Department of Corrections and Primary schools. My objective is to assist clients to build resilience and strengthen their personal internal resources improving quality of life and reduce distress. I am see clients face to face within the Hamilton/Cambridge/Te Awamutu areas as well as offer phone/Zoom session.
