Interactionz is a community agency with registered charitable status that has been established since 1967. The one thing that has remained the same over time is the desire for our work to make long-term, positive, and sustainable difference. Our purpose is to work with individuals, organisations, and businesses to envision the future they want and create their pathway forward. Every person who works for and with Interactionz has a part to play in fulfilling our purpose.

We believe that all people matter, and each person is inherently valued. Their value does not depend on what they can do, what they have or how they look. Every person matters and is valuable just because they exist. Underpinned by our organisational core values, it is important to us that we do what we say we do for all people that interact with us.

Interactionz prides itself on constantly evolving and innovating as we recognise that not all people have the same opportunities in life. Our work is dedicated to working alongside people to support their journey, whether that be on a personal level of self-development, or as part of a team. Together, we can interact and find purpose and meaning in our daily lives as part of the communities we each choose to be a part of.

As humans, we are social creatures, and the relationships we have with others require some form of interaction to begin, be sustained and to thrive. The name “Interactionz” signifies the importance we place on relationships. The name Interactionz was chosen as it captures the essence of our work, which is all about connection and communication - interacting.
